As you may have already seen the Government has recommended increased controls following the spread of Coronavirus to the UK. The infection has established itself and is likely to increase significantly over the next days and weeks.

Part of the guidance from the Government is that people should avoid meeting together wherever possible and this will impact on meeting on Sunday and at other times during the week. Sunday services should now not take place and the move to online meetings, wherever possible, will need to be developed.

Therefore, we have decided to stop meeting in home groups and on Sundays for the foreseeable future, pending further Government guidance. We will also be closing the Chapel Coffee House, again until further notice. This will affect our Easter Services and our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 24 April 2020. We will re-schedule the AGM.

We would encourage all Housegroups to keep in contact with each other and look after each other.

It will be a huge loss not being able to meet as a family of God’s people, but we’ll be considering ways of sharing via the internet. This will hopefully develop over time, but please be patient with us. Richard Child is going to record his talk in advance of Sunday, and it will be (hopefully!) available to listen to on the Sermons page by Sunday morning.
